Veggie wrap and grapes!
You will need:
-1 Smart & Delicious Soft Wrap (100 calories)
-2 tablespoons Athenos Hummus (50 calories)
-1/2 cup spinach (7 calories)
-1/4 cup black beans (55 calories)
-1 cup bell peppers (variety of colors, cut into strips - 40 calories)
-1 small-medium bunch of frozen grapes (80-140 calories)
Directions:
Simply spread the hummus onto the wrap, add the spinach, black beans, and peppers. Fold the wrap and enjoy with a side of frozen grapes!
